21 notes for Meditators: Answers for Questions you never asked!

Advanced guidelines and tips to help people on the path

Starting this week, we are starting a new series of posts on the Breathwork community to help seekers and students of the Inner journey. Meditators and Breathwork practitioners often carry many questions but most of the questions have origin in mind & ego and hence they become irrelevant to any progress on Meditation. However, there are signs and lamp-posts which reflect the challenges of a Meditator. Unless you have a teacher around you or a good guide with you, there is a possibility that you can be stuck with these questions for some time. But meditators eventually will overcome these questions on their own!

The entire intention behind this series is to share notes to help you find your answer. Please remember these are guidelines and you need to discover your own personal truth. All I can do is to point a finger in the right direction. My request to you is not to analyze or dissect these guidelines but to meditate or contemplate on the same. Next few weeks, I intend to share 21 notes spreading over several weeks. Every note here is a result of working extensively with the Meditation and Breathwork community for over 30 years. Please note that these guidelines and notes are more useful to those who have worked on Meditation and Breathwork and to those who have spent considerable effort to understand the nature of the mind. New meditators & breathwork practitioners may tend to get confused over these notes, however, experienced ones can relate to it.

We not only intend to address challenges along the inner journey but also introduce you to breathwork and meditation techniques which can help you overcome these challenges.

Please share your notes so that we help this community of meditators celebrates consciousness and awareness.

I send you lots of love and green lights
